CONTRACTING CONDITIONS WITH VUELTA IBIZA KAYAK

1. To participate in the activity it is essential and mandatory to know how to swim.
2. The activity offered is subject to the conditions of the natural environment in which it takes place and the people participating in it, so it may change before or even during the activity (weather, sea conditions, etc.).
3. The client is required to inform about any possible pregnancy, disabilities, or cardiovascular diseases before booking the activity.
4. The client agrees not to be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, and/or narcotics, or any other medication that may impair their ability to react, during kayaking trips.
5. Minors aged 14 and over may participate in the activity, but must be accompanied by an adult who signs a document certifying their responsibility for the minor.
6. By contracting our services, the client agrees to follow the instructions of the guides responsible for the activity at all times.
7. The Vuelta Ibiza Kayak commitment begins with the booked activity, so the client is responsible for their own transportation to the starting point of the activity.
8. The prices indicated on the website are per person and include direct services offered by Vuelta Ibiza Kayak, including VAT.
9. Accident and liability insurance are included in the program price. Complete information on insurance terms and coverage is available to clients and will be sent upon request.
10. To confirm a reservation, the client must pay €100 upon request. The remaining payment must be made by bank transfer or Bizum 30 calendar days before the start of the activity. If the activity fee is not paid within this period, the client will lose their spot, and the spot will be open to new reservations.
11. The client may cancel the contracted services but must compensate Vuelta Ibiza Kayak in the amounts indicated below:

• If the cancellation occurs more than 60 calendar days before the start date of the activity, the total amount paid to that point will be refunded.

• If you cancel your reservation between 60 and 30 calendar days before the activity’s start date, the penalty will be 100% of the reservation amount (€100). However, if you cancel your reservation the following season, you can use the reservation and not have to pay again.

• If you cancel within 30 calendar days prior to the start of the activity, after having already paid the full amount (€550 or €600, depending on the date chosen), 50% of the total activity fee will be refunded. However, if the activity takes place in the following season, the reservation fee (€100) will not be required.

• If you cancel within 15 calendar days prior to the start of the activity, after having already paid the full amount (€550 or €600, depending on the date chosen), the amount paid will not be refunded. However, if the activity takes place during the following season, the reservation fee (€100) will not be required.

• Failure to show up on the date and time indicated by Vuelta Ibiza Kayak will result in the loss of the full amount of the activity.

Upon confirmation of the reservation, the client expressly agrees to all of these General Conditions. If a person registers another person, they agree to each and every one of these General Conditions on their behalf.
